Mindfulness Tutoring and Coaching provides services in three areas:
Tutoring (Homework Support, Support for College Students, Writing Support);
Academic Coaching for individuals with mental health and executive function challenges;
Educational Advocacy (Partnering with families for a variety of school-related tasks).
Our work is informed by the practice of mindfulness. Tutors strive to be fully present to the individual so they can assist them in enhancing their strengths while addressing their particular weaknesses.
