Julayne has focused her career exclusively on employment and labor law, including working at several of the agencies she practices before today (the MCAD, DUA, and the Office of the Attorney General).  

Julayne has also held director-level positions in both unionized and non union workplaces, functioning as in-house employment counsel. In this capacity, Julayne served as a subject-matter expert to all of HR and management and provided practical advice on all aspects of the employee life cycle. Julayne also has a passion for helping organizations achieve their diversity goals as a certified Senior Diversity Trainer by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a graduate of the MCAD's Train the Trainer course.
