Make the Right Connections to Build Your Business N3G is a networking and referral group for businesses serving the Newton and Needham area. The group meets on a bi-weekly basis to allow members to share ideas and learn from each other. Members also hold one-on-one meetings to learn more about each other's business. This allows members to build trust and improve their ability to provide each other with quality referrals.
Business, civic and community leaders work together to ensure the economic and cultural vitality of Needham through events, awareness campaigns and strategic initiatives.

The chamber awards three scholarships annually to graduating high school seniors from Newton, Needham, Watertown and Wellesley. Every spring, the scholarship committee reviews applications and awards the scholarships based on established criteria.
