Nourishing Needham Food Assistance Program: Restaurant Partner Application About this initiative The Newton-Needham Regional Chamber in partnership with the Needham Community Council and the Needham Council on Aging has been awarded a $15,000 donation to support independent restaurants and provide food assistance to residents in need within the town. Application Deadline Applications deadline is Thurs. April 1. We'll follow up with more specific information regarding order requirements and logistics after the application is received. Program Time Frame Spring 2021 Partner Restaurant Overview/ Criteria Restaurant partners will offer meals for a flat fee of $20 per meal. Meal offerings will be approved via this application. process. Our program coordinators at the Council on Aging will reach out directly to place orders and coordinate pickup/delivery to the Senior Center. We hope to confirm orders one week in advance. The Chamber will issue payment (via check) directly to the restaurant partner upon completion of the order and receipt of payment request form/invoice.
