CRMs, websites, blogs, online giving, events, and social media…nonprofits are using lots of systems, software, and applications to communicate, educate, and raise money. Most of these platforms take a big bite out of your staff time and annual budget. But what should you do when you’ve got functionality that you aren’t using? Are you paying for things that you aren’t using – but should be?
You’ll learn:
- The essential nonprofit technology you should be using
- How to assess your own mix of systems for ROI
- What to do if you’ve got gaps or redundancies in your systems
All nonprofit staff are welcome.

About the Presenter:
Maureen is a nonprofit digital strategist and technology coach. She provides practical solutions to nonprofit staff who are struggling to solve their nagging technology problems. Her warm and pragmatic advice on “all things tech” is sought after by organizations of all sizes and missions. In addition to her work with nonprofit clients, Maureen has authored two guides on nonprofit engagement software, blogs at her website, and answers questions live every Friday afternoon on her Facebook page.
