Description
In this webinar, Nanette Fridman, founder of Fridman Strategies, will discuss the duties, roles and expectations of board members during a crisis and how they differ from regular governance responsibilities. We will also explore how nonprofits can be realistic about the work at hand and respect the line between governance and management at the same time. As we move into the second month of this crisis, we'll preview the tough questions and discussions that boards will face in the days and weeks ahead. Bring your nonprofit governance and related questions or feel free to send them ahead of time to info@nnchamber.com.
