Reimagining Needham's Mixed Use 128

Since the start of this year, a team of Boston College seniors have been developing a vision plan to revitalize the section of Needham behind Staples known as Mixed Use 128.

At this event we’ll get a chance to hear what they’ve come up. Our presenters will share their ideas for a comprehensive redevelopment plan, including the market research and analysis behind their suggestions, which took into consideration nearby developments, traffic mitigation measures, construction costs, financing options, job creation and housing, plus the positive and negative impact on the town.
