The GO GREEN Needham Expo is a family friendly event designed to educate the public about how taking personal steps to be more environmentally conscious is not only socially beneficial, but it saves households money. difference. There will be fun and inspiring activities geared toward Needham residents of all ages. Activities will include using technologies like electric cars, bikes, and lawnmowers; interacting with renewable energy companies to learn how to both save money and cut carbon dioxide emissions; building and racing solar powered toy cars and making music from junk; and attending enlightened sustainable talks on a range of topics like climate change, net-zero homes, food sustainability, and more. Attendees will have the chance to learn about outdoor hikes and activities right here in our backyard and sign up for a free home energy audit.
