Attention, families! Are you ready for a day filled with laughter, learning, and loads of fun? The Church Street YMCA, located at 276 Church St, Newton, invites you to join in on the excitement of Healthy Kids Day 2023, happening on Saturday, May 6th from 2-4 p.m. This annual event is part of the West Suburban YMCA and Y's nationwide initiative to encourage children and families to embrace active living and learning, all while having a blast!

Keep Moving, Keep Growing 

Healthy Kids Day 2023 promises to be a fantastic day out for the whole family, offering a wide range of engaging activities designed to get kids moving, exploring, and discovering new skills. From sports and arts and crafts to hands-on projects and nutrition workshops, gaga ball, kids' yoga, and so much more - there's something for everyone! Plus, families will have the chance to connect with local community organizations and resources that support children's out-of-school learning and growth.

Did you know that children can face numerous challenges during out-of-school time that might hinder their academic, social, and physical development?
