This course focuses on the fifth component of Stephen R. Covey’s Listening Continuum, empathetic listening. This fun and interactive session with Vice President Saleha Walsh and Chief People Officer DaQuall Graham of Insource Services, Inc. examines why empathetic listening is vital in the workplace, especially for leaders now when connecting and engaging our teams is so important. Participants also learn eight practices of empathetic listeners.
