Description
“I know he’s my boss, but I’m old enough to be his mother. He can’t talk to me like that!” For the first time in history, there are four generations in the workplace.
This workshop examines the historical background of representative generations in the workplace. They are: Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X, Generation Y is also known as Millennials, and Generation Z or Centennials.
This hour-long training led by Insource Service’s Vice President Saleha Walsh, Chief People Officer DaQuall Graham, and HR Generalist Rachel Nederhoff will leave you with a shared understanding of each generation and communication and adaptation strategies to work intergenerationally.
