Chamber opposes nurse staffing ballot question
The Newton-Needham Regional Chamberās board of directors has voted to oppose a ballot question regulating nurse staffing ratios that is projected to cost more than $1.3 billion in the first year and would require Massachusetts hospitals to hire thousands of new nurses in a matter of weeks.
