We're making a list. And checking it twice.

The end of the year is typically a time for top-ten lists.

My best-of list is 219 names long.

That’s how many new members joined your chamber (so far!) this year.

And that’s not counting an additional 16 individuals who wanted to support our advocacy and programming but who don’t work locally or are retired and became one of our Citizen Members.

We’re grateful and gratified that so many new and returning businesses, nonprofits and individuals found value in being part of this chamber -- especially in the face of a second year unprecedented challenges.

And it’s especially rewarding that we’ve enjoyed our best new member year ever in 2021, the year we expanded and rebranded into Wellesley and Watertown as the Charles River Regional Chamber.

We pledge to you -- our ongoing and incoming members -- to put your dues dollars to work carefully as we advocate for your company and for our region’s economic and cultural vitality. Thank you.

And with that, here's my top-219 for 2021....
