If you have low vision, visual impairments or are blind, assistive technology can have the power to change your life with solutions that make activities of daily living easier—getting or keeping you independent. As the market continues to innovate and open doors for people with vision loss, it’s become more important than ever to understand your specific needs and find the right devices to meet them.
You’re invited to attend this year’s Technology Fair at the Carroll Center for the Blind. This event provides an opportunity to explore and try out the latest products for individuals who are visually impaired. From discovering the latest wearables to trying out the newest magnifiers, you'll be able to test out cutting-edge technology from a growing list of exhibitors. Workshops will also be held throughout the day. The Technology Fair is free and open to the public but registration is highly encouraged.Images
