Description
Transit oriented developments, walkability and design will be the focus at our third annual Regional Real Estate Forum and Jeff Speck -- one of the leading experts in the field -- will joining us to get jump start the conversation.
Speck is a renowned city planner and urban designer who, through writing, public service, and built work, advocates internationally for more walkable cities. Speck's talk will focus on transit oriented development and, by way of example, will introduce a vision that aims to transform the Washington Street corridor in Newton.
Following Speck's presentation, a panel of leading real estate developers will discuss projects they are involved with and regional real estate market trends.
Networking and a cocktail reception will follow.
