Managing a law firm comes with its own unique requirements and challenges. At this lawyers’ event for lawyers, Heidi Alexander Deputy Director of Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers and Tom Gallitano, managing partner of Conn Kavanaugh, will share tips and insights about how to operate your firm effectively and efficiently. Topics with include: rethinking client service, business development, lawyer motivation, avoiding distractions and better managing your time.
Our program will also include a light breakfast time for networking and to learn about the chamber’s Lawyer Council Committee.
About our presenters:
Heidi S. Alexander. is the Deputy Director of Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers, where she helps manage organization operations and leads the Massachusetts Law Office Management Assistance Program (LOMAP). She is the author of Evernote as a Law Practice Tool and serves on the ABA's TECHSHOW Planning Board. In 2017, Heidi was appointed to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court's Standing Advisory Committee on Professionalism.
Thomas J. Gallitano, is the Managing Partner of Conn Kavanaugh Rosenthal Peisch & Ford, LLP, a multi-specialty, 36 attorney law firm in Boston. His practice focuses on business litigation, professional liability, employment law and litigation matters. Professional responsibility representation also accounts for a significant part of his practice, representing a number of liability insurers defending claims of malpractice as well as advising on ethical and professional responsibility matters and licensing.
