barre3 Needham and Parent Talk are teaming up to host a 60 minute free OUTDOOR barre3 class in Needham Town Square. The class will be in the town common in between barre3 Needham (996 Great Plain Ave) and Needham Town Hall (1471 Highland Ave).
Details for Event:
When: Sept. 15 at 4 p.m. (get there by 3:30 p.m. to set up, enter our free raffle, and grab a free swag bag)
6:30 PM (we will be hosting a gathering and will have food + refreshments).
Also please note we have a rain date of Sept. 22.
Where: Needham Town Square
What: barre3 is a full-body, balanced workout, combining strength conditioning, cardio and minfullness. The barre3 workout delivers remarkable results from the inside out. You'll be guided through isometric holds, muscle-burning micro=movements and heart-pumping cardio bursts. The barre3 signature approach will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.
Other: All you'll need is a yoga mat or towel, clothes you feel comfortable moving + sweating in (perhaps a barre3 top or pant if you want), a water bottle, and YOU.
We also suggest that you make it a night out on the town (the town of Needham that is), and bring a friend or two. This is totally complimentary, and we look forward to moving with you.
