Because the event is held under tents, it will go on if there is light rain. However a major storm could cause the event to be canceled in which only a portion of your fee can be returned.

Description
If you have a product or service that is environmentally friendly or helps people live a “green” lifestyle then you don’t want to miss this opportunity to reach thousands of people in the Newton area market. Up to 50 of our exhibitor spaces are available in Newton Centre during the city’s annual Harvest Fair.
Harvest Fair is one of the largest outdoor events of the year in Newton and draws thousands of local residents and families each year to enjoy crafters, children’s rides, entertainment and more in a fun, festive atmosphere. Your space can be under a 10x10 tent provided by you or a smaller space in a shared tent provided by the chamber. Electricity is available for additional $75.
