On June 15, the City of Newton will provide a concrete, practical way to reduce the risk of gun violence, partnering with the Newton Police Department, Middlesex Sheriff’s Office, and the Newton Interfaith Clergy Association to hold the first gun buyback in Newton in over 10 years. You can make our communities even safer by anonymously disposing of any unwanted guns! You’ll receive a grocery gift card for each firearm you turn in and help reduce the risk of suicide, accidental discharge, and domestic violence.
