Description
Massachusetts is emerging as the center of the Biotech industry with life sciences companies starting and growing here at a rapid rate. But as Kendall Square’s vacancy rate hovers around one percent and even a single bench costing $4600 a month, how can Boston’s inner suburbs offer something enticing as well? We’ll begin with a presentation from Travis McCready, President and CEO of the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center and follow with a panel discussion focused on the plus and minuses of the suburbs and the steps necessary next steps to create an environment that draws life sciences companies to Newton and Needham. Presented by the chamber’s real estate committee.
